Our Views On Atmosphere

We feel that the atmosphere inside the Britannia stadium is still no where near the fortress which was the Victoria ground. In order to improve this situation a number of issues could be addressed, such as on the issue of season tickets and match day tickets, the option of singing or non-singing is asked. This would create the sort of atmosphere which was generated in the Boothen End. If this is not feasible why not give the fans the option to enter into a stand of their choice and sit where they want. We appeal to all Stokies out their to get behind your team, so that we can play against the likes of Wolves, Man City and Notts Forest (recreating the best atmosphere ever experienced after a 20 minute "barmy army", only to be ruined by Stuart Pearce, those of you who were there know which match we mean) instead of the likes of Chesterfield, Colchester and Wrexham.
