Our Current Situation

As lifelong Stoke fans we feel that we've suffered enough. The most memorable moment being Mark Stein's wonder goal in the 1992 Autoglass Trophy Final against Stockport. 40,000 rip roaring potters singing a rendition of Delilah as the trophy was paraded around wembley stadium. A 1-0 victory was enough to maintain our unbeaten record at the twin towers. These moments have to be savoured as they seem to be coming in 20 year cycles, following Eastham's winner against Chelsea in '72. Surely we don't have to wait until 2012 for the next trophy, although we both feel that a trophy is likely in this years Auto Windscreens Shield.
